Random Turkey Address FAQ
RandAddress generates realistic-looking Turkish addresses covering all 81 provinces (il). Each profile includes a street address, city, province, 5-digit postal code, and a complete identity—perfect for developers testing Turkish applications or anyone needing Turkish address data for privacy purposes. The province, city, and postal code are drawn from real GeoNames Turkish postal data and are correctly paired; street names and house numbers are plausible placeholders for testing, not deliverable mailing addresses.
Turkish addresses use 5-digit postal codes where the first two digits correspond to the province plate number. Street names use Turkish suffixes like Caddesi (avenue), Sokak (street), and Bulvarı (boulevard). Turkey is divided into 81 provinces, each identified by a plate number from 01 to 81.
Our database includes over 3,000 populated places across all 81 provinces, from Istanbul and Ankara to smaller Anatolian towns throughout Turkey.
The province, city, and postal code are drawn from real GeoNames Turkish postal data and are correctly paired, but the identity information (name, email, phone) is fictitious. Phone numbers follow standard Turkish formats with the +90 country code, and the area code matches the chosen province—İstanbul pairs with +90 212/216, Ankara with +90 312, İzmir with +90 232, Adana with +90 322, Gaziantep with +90 342—so each profile stays internally consistent. Street names and house numbers are plausible placeholders for testing.
